  25. 1.  It isn't, except _MAYBE_ #3.  And with the way people have been breaking
  26.     Netscape encryption....  Telnet sessions, can be taken over.. the list
  27.     goes on...

  29. 2.  I wouldn't.  As long as you have the phone... it's wiser to make the call
  30.     by voice.  Even that can be recorded, but more than likely, it's safer--
  31.     after all, you know when they get the info, and it isn't sitting somewhere
  32.     waiting to be sent machine to machine, it won't get lost.
